The owner of Catalyst fully understands the value of marketing and consistent branding. As a busy doctor, she had not had the time to undertake a brand refresh, and after 20+ years in business, it was time to address it.
We started with a deep dive into Catalyst's marketing data and a focus group interview. Then, we took that info and used it to help lead the project down the right (read: successful) path.
A refreshing brand image.
A brand's image significantly impacts how the user experiences the service or product. From the focus group survey, we knew that the current brand assets weren't resonating with their target audience. In addition, competitors had entered the market with a cleaner, more modern aesthetic. So we got to work updating the brand's imagery and assets while maintaining the core look of the overall brand.

The updated website design and content have increased new visitors by 35 percent and reduced the bounce rate by 30 percent.
The social campaigns and content increased engagement as a whole, but by as much as 40 percent in some cases. Monthly email subscribers increased by more than 50 percent, while their open rate increased from an average of 12 percent to 28 percent.
Catalyst operates two businesses under one roof. Some that visited the site were looking for medical information and some wanted info on medspa services. We wanted the design to be able to clearly direct the visitor where they needed to go.
Because of the sheer volume of information that needed to be included and to meet Google's EAT standards for professional websites, the content needed to be concise, fact-based, and friendly.
We created a design that leads the user to the information they need without wasting precious time hunting for it.
Results: The redesign and content update increased new traffic by 25 percent and reduced the bounce rate by approximately 30 percent.
